Rain, shine or snow, our participants join together to remember and honor loved ones.

$15 – per person
$6 – memory walk sign

For $6 memorialize your loved one with a memory walk sign. Fill out the form provided here with your loved one’s
information, and their name will be displayed on a sign in front of Grace Community Church on Saturday, April 20,
2024, 9 am-1 pm. We welcome everyone to join us and walk to see the memory walk signs.
