Fill out the form provided here with your loved one's\n\ninformation\, and their name will be displayed on a sign in front of Grace Community Church on Saturday\, April 20\,\n\n2024\, 9 am-1 pm. We welcome everyone to join us and walk to see the memory walk signs.
