The position is Part-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
Reports to: Youth Development Director
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing quality nursery/babysitting experience for children and ensuring their safety and enjoyment while parents attend activities at the YMCA. Weeknights and Saturday work hours may be required.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum age of 16 years
2. Required YMCA trainings within the first 30 days
3. CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 90 days of employment
4. Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work with all age groups and ability levels
6. Babysitting/childcare experience preferred, but not required
