Freeze the Gain

The Freeze the Gain challenge is a wellness program aimed at encouraging individuals to maintain a healthy weight through the holiday season. The program includes weekly weigh-ins, prize entries, and a chance to win a “I Froze the Gain” t-shirt for everyone who achieves their goal. It’s open to the public, and pre-registration runs from November 11th - 18th. The challenge runs Nov 18th-Jan 17th.
